Steve joined in 1987, and has been involved in many layouts.  This one was in Ventura, he was involved in the County Fair layouts in the early 1990's, he built another layout after he moved to Phoenix, and he capped it all off by building, or rebuilding, the 1:1 scale Hawaiian Ry.  Last I heard, he was still managing it.  All these pictures were taken by Bill Fincher.  Thanks, Bill.
