Charlie joined in 1987 or 1988 (sources differ).  His passion wes building locomotives.  He had just enough layout to watch his locomotives run.  John Lyans wrote an excellent profile of Charlie that you'll find on our characters page.  All these pictures were taken by Bill Fincher.  Thanks, Bill.
