Welcome to the official site of the Gold Coast Garden Railway Society. We are a loose knit group of modelers that build and run model trains on Gauge 1 track. Members usually have backyard layouts and model in 1:20.3, 1:22.5, 1:24, 1:29, or 1:32. In addition many members also model the smaller scales indoor. We have no formal rules, we never hold elections, we are governed by an indifferent dictatorship, the term "parliamentary procedure" makes us nauseous. Any form of politically correct speech is discouraged. We reserve the right to discriminate against anybody and anything, especially if you use the word "cute" or "toy trains."
